Q: Can you fit our new fire?
A: YES. Our in-house installers can do that for you.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: We can install most fires within 1-2 days. An appointment date for fitting can be provided on the day of purchase.
Q: Are you registered to fit gas fires?
A: YES. All our installers are Heatas and Gas Safe registered.
Q: How do your prices compare with online stores?
A: Our prices are very keen and they include installation as well!
Q: Can we visit your showroom?
A: YES. Our Showroom is open Tuesday – Saturday from 10am until 3pm.
